Payments
• We accept payments via
- Bank Transfer & Bank Deposit (BDO, BPI)
- GCash via PayMongo
- Credit card via PayMongo
• If you have paid through bank transfer or bank deposit, please email your proof of payment to shop@decimalbikes.com within 48 hours with the following information:

• Failure to send proof of payment within 48 hours will void your order.
Shipping
• Your order will be packed and shipped once full payment has been received and cleared. It takes 24 to 48 hours for your order to be ready for shipment.
• You will be notified once your product is already shipped.
• For the safeguard of the ordered units, all deliveries of built bikes will be boxed and semi-assembled.
• We are not held liable for any damages caused by mishandling during shipments.
Metro Manila
• We now offer free shipping within Metro Manila for orders Php3,500 and above.
- NOT applicable for built bikes orders
• For orders below Php3,500, we charge a fixed delivery fee of Php200.
• For built bikes delivery within Metro Manila, we charge a fixed delivery fee of Php350.
• Lead delivery time is 1-3 working days.
Outside Metro Manila
• Orders above Php3,500 have a fixed delivery rate of Php350.
- EXCEPT built bikes, bike frames, fork suspensions, wired tires, wheel rims, and multiple quantity helmets
• For orders below Php3,500, our staff will contact you on available shipping options and rates.
• For built bikes, bike frames, fork suspensions, wired tires, wheel rims, & multiple quantity helmets, our staff will contact you regarding shipping options and rates in your area.
• Lead delivery time is 3-5 working days (land or air freight) or 2-3 weeks (sea freight).
Note: We have partnered with third-party logistics for delivery of your orders, however, they are in no way affiliated with our company. For any questions regarding your order/item, kindly direct them to our Decimal Bikes staff. You may send them here or email us at shop@decimalbikes.com.
Store Pick-up
• Orders for store pick-up will be ready 24 to 48 hours after receipt of full payment (for bank transfer, bank deposit, GCash, or credit card payments).
• Please wait for the "Ready for Pickup" email notification before going to the pick-up location.
• Present the confirmation email sent to you and your valid ID.
• Pick-up location: Decimal Cycle Supply, Quiapo, Manila
Warranty
• All our products are covered by store warranty for any factory defects up to 6 months from date of purchase. Store warranty does not cover items with signs of abuse or any problem that is caused by accidents, mishandling, improper installations, or conditions not resulting from defects in material and workmanship.
• Products under a manufacturer's warranty will follow their warranty policy.
• All warranty claims will be handled individually by our Decimal Bikes staff.
• Send us an email at shop@decimalbikes.com for any questions or concerns regarding a possible product defect.
Returns & Exchanges
• Strictly no returns & no exchanges.
Order Cancellation
• Cancellation of online orders that were already processed are subject to a 10% charge to cover for the fees from our payment partners.
Terms of Use
• Decimal Bikes reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
• Decimal Bikes reserves the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time at its sole discretion, and your rights under these Terms of Use will be subject to the most current version of these Terms of Use posted on this page at the time of your use or purchase without prior notice.
